"I wish I didn’t even have to give a star to leave a review. I lived here for 3 years and was harassed by the apartment manager the entire time before she got fired for stealing money, I was not the only tenant this happened to. Then once moved out it took them almost a year to return my security deposit. No one answers the phone and they hire people with 0 customer service skills. I do not recommend these apartments or any place that is in business or associated with them. The playground was closed majority of the time as well as the pool. The only plus side was maintenance, Chris was extremely nice and always available to help."

"Was told a YEAR ago that we were being placed on a waitlist. Gave all of our information and details to the person on the phone for waitlist placement. Now, a year later, I'm being told we have never been on a waitlist and were lied to. Very unprofessional."

"Currently live here and have been for a few years although it was very nice in the beginning it has gone downhill since. Unorganized. Management doesn’t care about anything. Constant revolving door with management staff members. You will never get a hold of office via phone only if you go in person. I’ve been trying that office phone for years. It’s absolutely awful. Tried to call head cooperate and they don’t even respond. It’s a total joke."

"The worst company ever! Tried to rent from Hammock Ridge but the apartment was INFESTED with roaches! They would not help me, they told me they did not see anything but would not come look at them, sent them tons of videos and photos. I asked Amber Plant for her managers name and she told me she couldn’t help me. I am waiting on a refund that she said could possibly not go through. The WORST place I have ever worked with! DO NOT rent with any of their properties if it is like this one! It was HORRIBLE!!!"

"Apartments are not worst the price you can do better. Plus when you move out makes sure you get your deposit back. It's has been four months now and I am still waiting for my deposit. Called them after three months for the status of my deposit and they claimed I did not give my forwarding address. And I know I gave it to them.. it has been one month since I last talked to the guy in charge and am still waiting for my deposit. It really upsets me when they make you jump thru hoops to get your deposit and then just want to hold on to your money. People be fair. Return money that doesn't belong to you."
