"Worst living experience ever. I moved in around half a year ago and the apartment has been infested with roaches since the first second, a couple of my roomates even told me that they tried to fix this problem before but cabana doesn’t care. Maintenance people have keys for the apartments so they just come in, without a notice or nothing. I can’t even cook or eat in peace because of the bugs, even when cleaning and bombing the place with roach spray, it still doesn’t get better. Don’t ever rent an apartment here if you want to have a decent quality of life."
"My agent Tanasia made sure the application process went through correctly. She is an incredible employee and was very accommodating. She was very patient and kind throughout the process and answered all of our questions. She honestly deserves a raise, she worked so hard to get us our place in the apartment"
"Maintenance enters your apartment with no notice. Which for the record to cabana beach, is against Florida state law. I’ve complained about it once via phone call and was told they would reach out to property management. Keeps happening. Dangerous for both parties. The reason this is a law is because a young girl was murdered by a maintenance man (in Florida) bc he had a key to her apartment. 24 hour notice REQUIRED, not suggested before entry. If anybody with legal experience were to experience this you would be in for a lawsuit and legal action. You can send me 10 emails about brownies in the clubhouse or a soccer tournament, then you can send out an email about scheduled maintenance."
"Maintenance is extremely invasive. They have entered my apartment without me being notified many times. I don’t know why they were here, how long or what they did. If you want to feel safe don’t move here."
