"I love stadium house. It’s close to everything and so nice! They keep it clean and welcoming. Just a shirt was to the stadium as well! Doesn’t get better than that!"

"I've been at the Stadium for over a year now, and it's been a fantastic experience. Over the past year, they've significantly improved maintenance and cleanliness. Cleaners are there every morning, vacuuming and replacing wipes for the gym equipment, which now includes new mobility gear. The building always smells fresh. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, readily addressing any questions you may have. The photo is from the study area, I took one afternoon because the quote just spoke to me that day. :)"

"The 908 Group have ruined a Gainesville institution and area where students can congrgate. The recent changes have significantly impacted a once vibrant gathering area for student life. Case in point, Justin Wilson, the managing director, and co-founder of 908 Group, chose not to disclose specific details to the local paper about his plans and did not collaborate with UF either."

"Every time I visit my daughter which is often all the doors to the building are not secure and easy for anyone to get into. Love her apt and the location but they do not take safety very seriously. I called the office a few times about and they blame the students. Not sure it is just the students. I think they are happy to collect your money and don’t care about the rest."

"I moved in here the first year it was open, but it has definitely gone downhill since. Starting with the dirty hallways, broken doors, and wifi that never works. The more concerning issues are the constant fire alarms going off at least once a week. The worst is the the fact that the main key fob entrance door broke so they propped open another door, allowing anyone access into the building. Homeless people constantly come in and roam the hallways, it is super unsafe. There is supposed to be security on the property but no one has ever seen someone. My roommates and I are glad we are living somewhere else next year. It is not worth the money at all"
