"There is frequent police presence from violent activity in the community. Management provides sparse information about these events, so you must rely on other sources to learn what happened. My apartment had a roof leak that took a week of asking management to fix before getting a temporary solution, meanwhile it continued to rain daily until then. The water damaged dry wall was never repaired in the unit, likely full of mold. The air filters are basically non--existent, you can see straight through them. They are only rated to stop clumps of lint. I installed a real air filter and it was black in a month."

"Place is good, many sports facilities such as tennis, basketball and gym although a little worn out they try to keep them clean at least. People living there are not very clean though there's plenty of dog s**t everywhere and even trash bags left out on the way to the dumpster. Maintenance staff is great they are always helpful and will try to fix any problem right away."
