"Construction was severely expedited and as such, the quality is extremely poor; the whole thing feels like it’s made out of cardboard. The price for value is incredibly low. Additionally, management and maintenance are extremely dysfunctional. They keep reassuring you they will take care of issues and never get around to doing them. Persistent follow up is always met with a chronic “it’s almost done” or “it’s in the works”, even for minor things. Parking is a nightmare and as of next year, will be even worse. Guest parking is incredibly limited. The only benefit? The amenities are really nice and the complex is usually very clean. Take your money somewhere else. I know my roommates and I will not be staying here next year."
"Safe to say this is by far the best apartment I've stayed at. Staff is super friendly plus they do community events like making your own pizza. The whole complex is super clean and maintenance is super quick to fix any issues. Definitely will be renewing. (Good prices too!)"
"There is no way the reviews for this business are real. Let me tell you, as someone who lives at this location.. The staff are the worst kind of people. The building is made cheep and construction wasn't even finished until 4 months ago.. case and point about the fake reviews. This apartment is using scummy tactics in everything from their lease agreement to their google reviews. HORRIBLE PLACE. NO GUEST PARKING"
"This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived at. Maintenance is super fast I love how my apartment came fully furnished and the amenities are truly breathtaking. The hallways are kept clean and I see them getting mopped often. It’s a short walk for me to get to campus and a lot of great restaurants are just across the street. I love staying here."
"Brunella is so sweet and amazing to work with! My permanent jewelry company Forever Linked Gainesville came to the leasing office for an event and she was great with communication and the hospitality! We are forever thankful for the collab! The entire group of people were great! Thank you!!!"
