"I have never had such a bad apartment experience as when my daughter lived in those apartments for a year. From bad neck problems with basic things like unprogramend the garage remote control, malfunction of the digital enter door looker to excessive and charges for electricity after severely months out of the apartment contract. I do not recommend anyone to rent at Riged Apartments"

"Have lived at Aspen for two years now, lived at their sister property Greenwich for two years prior. No complaints whatsoever. The one-bedrooms feel spacious and are well-designed, huge bedroom, huge walk-in closet and lots of cabinet space in the kitchen, patio is also super cozy. Have never had issues with the water heater or plumbing, oven and dishwasher are a little older but they get the job done just fine. Maintenance was always incredibly quick and responsive; once when my AC went out they were there within the hour and had it fixed, same thing when my washer broke - water cleaned up and washer replaced right away. Soundproofing is really good, my downstairs neighbors like to have screaming matches from time to time but I can barely hear them from inside my apt even shouting at the top of their lungs lol. Neighborhood is quiet + friendly. A few stray cats about, some are friendly and will come right up to you for treats :) Backyard has a retention pond so during the summer rain you get that lovely chorus of frog calls at night. Overall I would definitely recommend if you can afford it, only reason I'm leaving is the uphike in rent."

"I have loved living here for the past year! We stayed in a one-bedroom and I will MISS IT! The closet in the one bedroom is HUGE, and I love the little window above the kitchen sink overlooking the patio. While I will miss having a patio where I'm moving, I loved growing my kitchen herbs out there. I will say that the retention pond behind my building can get kind of swampy, which isn't really an issue because absolutely no bugs get into the apartment--and, the retention pond is probably what saved us when Irma came! It's remarkable, only twice have we found any insects/roaches in the apartment, which is a blessing because you can hardly find that anywhere, even in much newer developments. It was quiet, peaceful, staff was always great, and we rarely if ever had any maintenance issues which were quickly attended to. It is an older complex but office staff will help you address little things like caulking that needs some touch up, etc. And I don't know if I just had very quiet neighbors, but you can hardly hear your neighbors at all. And, the name Aspen Ridge gives a hint to what you'll find here--lots of beautiful trees that surround the buildings. I wish I could stay here longer! For the price, it is unbeatable and way above what I expected from previous experience staying in Collier Companies apartments!"
