"The building itself is older, however Trimark takes such good care of it. The apartment is cozy with TONS of storage space. Trimark was great from the leasing process, all the way through move out. And maintenance was so quick to handle requests. I would have kept living here if I didn't just graduate. Highly recommended."

"Trimark properties does not care about the residents of University Heights. The washer and dryers are medieval. The other day the washing machine almost caught on fire! The laundry machine just eats up my coins all the time. TRIMARK STILL OWES ME MONEY! The laundry are constantly being stolen because there is no security cameras anywhere. It doesn’t seem like they’re ever trying to help their residents out. They added more utility bills on the residents. Construction has been nonstop. Sometimes it goes well into later afternoon and it starts early morning. For such a small square footage the utility bills are insane. There's major mold issue in the closet of my roommate and I as well. WE LOVE MILDEW! I would not recommend this property to anyone."
