"Great for students. Affordable and close to bus stops with regular buses to University of Florida and lots of grocery stores like Publix, Walmart, Aldi, Indian bazaar, Enson Asian market etc at walkable distance. Rooms are also bigger. Only downside is presence of roaches in some apartments."

"The absolute worst apartment and management in Gainesville. Our rent got raised $250 without warning and the next year raised an additional $150. The management are rude and not useful. The shared laundry facility is always broken and smells funny, and the apartments are roach infested. Safe yourself extreme hassle and headache and don’t live here. It used to be the most affordable complex in Gainesville but is now over priced and offers no amenities or renovations to make up for the ridiculous rent increase. They also increase rent more for residents who have lived there longer. I regret moving here and can’t wait to move."
"Love the appartments. They're spacious and comfortable. The maintenance is quick and hassle free. I'd recommend this place to upcoming students. I'm in the HH block and it's easy to reach from all three entrances and is close to major Indian markets and bus stops."
"Lived here since 2020 and have not liked the experience. I’ve seen management overturn three to four different times and each time I gaslight myself into thinking it’ll be better than last. I submit work orders and have to stay on top of them because it’s be closed as resolved when no one attempted to reach me. Or pest control failing to show up numerous times stating my dog didn’t let them in - I don’t own a dog and was working from home. At least the view from my apartment is nice. -.-"
