"The landlord thinks she's God the property manager acts as though she is the owner when she's not the maintenance and pest control is a joke"

"I had apply for the apartment and got denied which was completely understandable from my point of view I reach out and to see if they would be able to reconsider my application and was told no they don’t do that I called again to see if they still had my information on file so that all I would have had to do was pay the 75 dollars application fee so 12/2 which is today I try to come back to reapply since everything on my behalf was cleared and with the help of assistance it wouldnt be a problem to get some help since I’m 6 months pregnant the leasing manager came at me sideways specifying over and over that it wasn’t a guarantee for me to get a which I was fully aware of with her attitude and the tone of her voice like any person would I reacted with confusion and started crying just because I wasn’t even trying to get assistance from her her snatching my application up tell me I needed all this information and was told to get out which was so shocking for me basically considered a future resident she kicked me out and threatened to call GPD ON ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO REAPPLY AND SEE IF I GET APPROVED OR NOT IM PREGNANT HOMELESS AND WORKING PLUS GOING TO SCHOOL ABD JUST EXPECTED SOME PROFESSIONAL SERVICE NOW I KNOW BETTER"

"Units go unrepaired for years. After several order requests for repairs that went ignored I gave up. Other residents blaring music well past midnight, people leaving garbage in my yard and even issues with people trying to break into my windows all went unresolved and management never acknowledged. Won’t even mention the fact they’re charging close to what new remodeled apartments are now in Gainesville and raising my rent by $100 each year"

"I went there because I helped a person move her belongings to Bella Vista village she let me look in her place it was a studio it seemed that they take a double-wide and split it in half and they make a nice space to live in for two different people. It had a living room a bedroom and kitchen also a bathroom. It had a gas stove a window AC unit for hot and cold air. It looked very comfy. I drove around and looked at the whole place it was very clean it is kept orderly there seem to be a swimming pool and then areas for you to have a cookout, places to sit it look like a very nice family oriented community from what my friend told me it was very reasonable place to live which means her rent was a fair price it was affordable it included her water and trash in the rent. I also saw that there was a washer and dryer laundry area right next to the office. I took some pictures just in case anyone was interested in looking what it looks like I thought it was very very nice the people who run that they seem to keep it up."

"Bella Vista Village is one of the best places that I have ever lived. The office ladies are incredibly accommodating and understanding, and the community is unlike any other! The neighborhood is calm and quiet, and I have had no problem with any of my neighbors. Maintenance is always on top of things, and Mike and the rest of the crew have been quick to fix any small problems I have had. My unit is clean, well-designed, and affordable. I would recommend this place to a friend in a heartbeat!"
