"Villa Ravine is a very pleasant apartment complex to live in. It’s close to the university and downtown, but far enough away for quiet living. The complex’s management is wonderful - they respond quickly to requests and accommodate their tenants when they can and when necessary."
"Out of many places I rented in Gainesville, Villa Ravine is the best. The apartments are spacious, sunny, clean, affordable, and functional. The management is very responsive and responsible, Gabriella is sweet, welcoming, responsible, and caring. They are flexible and they do great business. They offer short term lease (7 months). I definitely recommend this place for students and regular tenants."
"Of the 6 places I’ve lived in Gainesville, Villa Ravine has been the best. Older apartments that have been remodeled well, low heating/cooling costs, great location and price. But the best thing about VR is the management. Gabby (Manager) is excellent to work with, always timely and easy to reach, and responded to concerns with professionalism. We had some ongoing plumbing issues that she worked hard to fix with contractors."
"Villa Ravine is by far the coolest place I have lived. The apartments are huge, and well priced, and they are uniquely designed. The management is incredibly accessible, prompt, and flexible, and they do an incredible job keeping Villa nice for the residents. I only left to move out of state for work. Villa Ravine has set the standard for living situations for me, and I will miss it and it’s capable Managment staff."
