"I have lived her for 2 years now, I have the up most respect for the Office Staff and Maintenance Crew. They are hard working people. I have looked at these past reviews and COME ON. Seriously, If you have Roaches, you are not a CLEAN Person. Pest control is here once a month. All you have to do is call the OFFICE. The staff is working working, but if your going to complain about a Light bulb not getting changed, really get a life. Those guys have bigger issues going on. OH and MAYBE clean your house once in a while and you wont have Mildew or ROACHES. Just SAYING. I really like this community! IF you don't go ahead and MOVE OUT! Most of these reviews are LIES any ways, these People probably didn't live here or have an agenda Probably didn't pay the rent, or got kicked to the curb!"

"Gainesville housing authority needs to come and check these people out. So many roofs with tarps over them to keep outbreaks rather than repairing it..my wall was bloated with water and mildew when I moved in. Never saw pest control so I paid my own. A.C. and heat didn't work, they didn't care to try to fix it. Will not give you your deposit back or tell you why. Broke my deadbolt breaking into my apartment while I was gone saying they had to shut my gas off when they HAVE A KEY. It was quiet at first but that started going away when I left a few months ago. someone pretended to be a pizza man and knocked on my door one time too. Also the office tried to get an attitude with me and while I am a patient person I ended up loosing it. I can go into more detail but I will be reporting them everywhere."

"Worst place ever! Roaches, everything is falling apart! Floor is soft! Neighbor would continually walk his dog in my yard and look through my windows.. and when I had to go to the hospital for cancer treatment they refused to give me my deposit back even though I had completed their year lease.. I have posted this 3 times and somehow they manage to keep taking it down and I will keep reposting it! do not ever rent from these people!!!!! It's a ghetto!!"

"The previous manager, Nita, was always courteous and welcoming. We never had a problem with her and vise versa. However the very first time I spoke with the new manager to give her a heads up that I will be moving, she was very atrocious not to mention inadequate. I kept trying to give her an explanation but she started to raise her voice at me telling me that I was beating around the bush. Once I told her to please calm down she said: "next time you talk to me like that you will be kicked out" which I kept my tone and cool during the conversation. She kept raising her voice saying that I was arguing with her. Once I realized that she kept being abrupt and disrespectful, I started to record her. She did have another person there trying to defend her actions. Her named was "star" I believe. Moreover she didn't let me explain and she kept talking over me like I was nobody. I never felt as if a person who is this abusive to their tenants should be a leasing manager. Once she kept yelling at me to leave her office I saw my good friend Mike outside, who is the maintenance guy- which we were always cool with him too- I was letting him know if this manager was always this uncivil with her tenants. She actually came outside yelling at me again that I needed to go home and to not talk to Mike. "So I can't talk to him?" I responded. She kept telling me who not to speak to as well as demanding me to go home. I have the recording and I not sure how to upload it on the reviews but I will upload it on my page. I was never rude to this lady and I don't want her treating other people like this."
