"Truly a hidden gem in Gainesville, Creekwood is probably the best renting experience I've had. From the kind and attentive management, thorough maintenance, and a spacious apartment with a screened in porch with a wonderful view, what's not to love? I had absolutely no bug issues here, which is saying a lot for living in Gainesville. Some of the facilities are a little dated, but the overall experience makes up for it. If I didn't have to move for my career, I would have certainly continued renting at Creekwood."

"Nice Large Apartments with screened in porches very well maintained. Manager Helen and assistant Geri care about the complex and residents - go out of their way to landscape and maintain all of the buildings and grounds. Maintenance lives in complex. Bug service every other month (I've had almost no bugs). Central heat and air filters changed every other month (no problems ever with leakage or failures). They have a calendar distributed for maintenance and email if they will need to enter your Apartment. Nice friendly professional or retired neighbors. Beautiful private pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. Starting my 3rd year."

"My partner and I had a wonderful time living here. The unit was incredibly spacious and well priced, with a really big back porch and a forest view. The management team at the front office are incredibly nice people, and the on-site maintenance are incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is charming, with lots of trees which makes it very tranquil and green. If I could rate it more highly I would."

"Creekwood Apartments gave me a fantastic year. The staff (Geri and Helen) were fantastic, gracious and always great to talk with and the Maintenance (John and Tom) were always second to none in making sure my place was well taken care of as needed. I can honestly say that I valued my time spent there. My neighbors were respectful and looked out for one another. Not only was the rent feasible but the entire complex was very well maintained and safe. Thanks you guys for a great year. I would highly recommend Creekwood Apartments to anyone looking for a nice cozy, well maintained, highly safe complex to live in."

"I had the best experience living at Creekwood (Monet). I lived there for three years, but recently received a job offer out of state, otherwise I would have stayed. The property was always well maintained and Geri and Helen were a pleasure to work with. Geri always had a smile on her face and was very polite everytime I entered their office. The maintenance staff was wonderful as well. Overall it was a great experience and a great place to live!"
