"My daughter and I have been living at Chelsea over a year and a half. We have no complaints. The community is relatively quiet. Of course there are kids, and kids play, but we have not had a bad experience in any way. Our apartment is roomy, and very up to date. Love the flooring and counter tops. And we love the lay out of the apartment. We have had very few maintenance issues, and they were handled promptly when reported... Like no later than the next day. Terry Jack, the manager has always been friendly and professional. No complaints."
"Appreciate all the quick service done when work order placed and can reach someone night or day. Would recommend this place to many people great place for kids and safety is very reassuring."
"Before the holiday, I moved in to no heat. I found an emergency order no one ever called. I called the emergency number no one even answered and there was no voicemail or anything to advise what I was going through. Ladonna is rude, condescending and highly disrespectful I’ve been in an apartment with no heat with temperatures below 50 before the new year and she was rude to me. No, no time was I rude to her. She was condescending. She was rude. She locks the door, you have to knock to get in. Doesn’t answer the phone. She asked to verify my phone number so when I called she would answer so it’s purposeful that she’s not answering peoples calls and locks the doors, has all the blinds so where you can’t see she is in the office. She tells all her business when you’re there I know that she’s I’m hoping they Give her this position permanently And that she commutes from Jacksonville. I’m praying that they don’t. She makes excuses, and I highly regret signing my lease. Please don’t move here! No wonder They are under occupancy. Something else I found out as I sat there just wanted to sign my lease And leave they need someone professional And she isn’t it."
"They're nice, quiet & I like the CCTV installed for Resident's Safety & Security.The Dog-agility area is large & it's terrific for my Service-dogs."
"Management is horrible. Took them 2 months to send us the deposit funds back and gave us a wrong endorsement. They do not pick up, call back, or answer emails. I have a useless check now and can’t even communicate. This was a great place to live but management seems to have become a nightmare. Beware."
