"This is probably the best apartment complex/community I've ever lived in, honestly, and that largely has to do with the staff. Angela, Candace, and Anthony are extremely helpful and have been very responsive to any concerns or issues I have while living here for the past six months. They have been very flexible and worked with me to figure out issues regarding leases and living arrangements, and I could not hope for a better staff. They really seem to care, and they've been great to work with. I've had some issues with a roommate recently, and I can only imagine how much worse the situation would have been if I hadn't been at the Laurels and had the support and assistance of the staff here. The maintenance crew is friendly and responsive to work orders, and the grounds are well-maintained, and honestly, I really just enjoy the property overall. It's nice, shaded, and secluded. I would recommend this area to anyone - but overall, it's because of the staff."
"When first entering The Laurels complex the atmosphere feels like home.When we met the Managers Mrs.Angela and Anthony we understood why,they are top notch professionals, to match very hospitable and inviting. The complex grounds are very well kept and clean.The gym ,club house and pool areas are really nice.The units are to match clean,spacious, layed out well giving that modern downhome appeal. I don't rate or leave reviews often. We visit many other complexes in the Gainesville area and the Laurels overall and above is a really great place you would love to stay."
"Two of my daughters just moved into the laurels and it was complicated with several changes and throughout the process Candace, Angela and Anthony were extremely understanding and helpful. The whole team led by Candace are rock stars in property management and just all out helpful in general since we first contacted them back in April to plan for this."
