"First - Louis and the staff are all gold. They are beyond fair when it comes to fees. They are also super responsive. I've always had quick responses for any maintenance requests. The open door policy for the office is reliable. They take good care of deliveries as well and have a fridge for packages that have to be temperature controlled. The building is nice and so are the apartments. Very beautiful and nice quality. Sound is an issue so be prepared to use ear plugs a lot. Wooden frame structure and poor sound insulation means you hear so much of what's going on around you in the other adjoining apartments."

"Just signed my lease with the general manager, Didier Louis, and had the most amazing experience! The moment I stepped through the doors to the leasing office I felt at home! Got to tour the place and Louis was so helpful!! The complex is gorgeous and the apartments are amazing.The clubhouse was really nice and they had a pretty good gym. Louis informed me they are putting in new equipment which will make it even better! I got to see the staged apartment and was immediately sold. Louis did take me through an empty apartment as well which I found so helpful! It was nice to see what I would actually be walking into on day one vs the fully decorated apartment. I cannot wait to live here in August!"
