"WE'RE loving living here, our only problem is our upstairs neighbors is a bit much especially this weekend the movement is like the ceilings is falling, and at,the am hours in the morning we're scared out our sleep , but we're good. We happy to be here thanks for giving US this opportunity..."

"Well this is and ok place to stay. The facility is very nice and helpful when needed. But the water is always being cut off for plumbing problems. And the walls are very thin u can here what is going on in the place next door to u and under you as well. I just think when someone move out the should replace the stove and the dishwasher but other then that I love my spot."

"The staff are wonderful respectful people however. The issues of the facility is on-going and disappointing. Outlets were not safe at first to use, The water is constantly shut off for repair and the other residents seem to like trashing the grounds and have no responsibility skills. I will say I like the space in the home just not the ambiance. The outside is unattractive and the continued need for maintenance is disappointing. It's not worth 1500 a month. There's no accommodation for this experience. I hope there's improvements in the future. Thank you for your service otherwise. Again the staff is wonderful"

"This was the worst living experience I ever encountered. Me and my girlfriend move from California to Florida. We have never lived with roaches, dead lizards and spiders before. When we view the apartment they were still working on it and we didn’t really get the full experience to view the apartment, so we were in and out. We were just excited to have an apartment. After moving in, we discover dead roaches inside the fridge, underneath the restroom cabinet. The kitchen cabinets. Dead roaches in life the light bulb in the kitchen area. Days after living there the apartment had a nasty order, smelled like we just got done smoking a box of cigarettes and we don’t even smoke cigarettes. We notify the manager about the issues the best they had was pest control, they came by every week. One thing about roaches when you kill them it invites more. So the issue was never going to help. The laundry room was always dirty, the floor flooded with water, machines always out of service. Cars being broke into, the neighborhood filled with trash everywhere. Pool area dirty. We moved back to California, we just had enough of that. We communicated with them we were leaving and they told us to surrender our keys and once other tenants move in we wouldn’t have to pay anything and that’s just what happened. They still manage to call and harassed us about paying even after someone signed the lease. Then they said we left around January 3 of 2023, we departed December 9 of 2033. They’ll lie to make themselves look good. If you see this review consider it as a message from God, don’t sign no contract with these people. RUN GET AWAY LIKE THE MOVIE “GET OUT”"

"I honestly wish I could rate these apartments higher the this, but due to many issues within them I cannot. They have issue with electrical outlets bring so loose that plugs just fall out of them, infested with ants & cockroaches even when your apartment is cleaned up & sprayed for pests every month. On top of that we've stated that we had a bedbug issue & the management stares at us like we're stupid, even though we have confirmed that they are indeed bed bugs. Then to top it all off they constantly shut off both cold & hot water every month (even sometimes multiple times during the month), and blame it one then fixing pipes or something with the water system when there isn't proof of them working on anything. Plus the apartment hallways that lead to the front doors are always littered with trash and their washers & dryers make your clothes smell like baby formula that's gone bad. Yet they ask for 3 times the rent that they charge $1499 for a month but a $50 water bill, for water that doesn't work half the time. I am super disappointed by the management and ownership of these apartments, they should be glad someone hadn't reported them to the heath department yet for all of this."
