"The location is great, and it has overall been okay. However, the noise from Midtown is definitely loud almost every night (not the apartment's fault though), the internet in the study rooms never seem to work, and the washer/dryer has not been great. Overall though, you pay for the location being near Midtown, food places, Study Edge, UF, etc."
"I visited this property a while back and was thoroughly impressed with this property. Jamal Smith, the Assistant Property, Manager, gave me a great tour of the property. He was very sweet and helpful as he answered my many questions. I was also impressed with the staff as well, they delivered great service and were nothing short of professional as they were attentive and knowledgeable. They ensured that if I were to sign, I wouldn’t regret it! If you’re looking for student housing within the Midtown area of Gainesville, I recommend checking them out!"
"My experience at Midtown Apartments has been great. The staff has been very welcoming and helpful since day one, especially Stephanie. She’s always willing to help with a great attitude. She not only helped me find a great apartment but was very attentive and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. Stephanie and the rest of the staff have made my move-in process and my time here very smooth. I highly recommend considering Midtown Apartments as an option to move in."

The amenities are new and stunning and I’m so excited to get to use them and live right across the street from campus and be able to just walk to my classes."
"I personally love it here, i have a great view of campus and everything is super accessible. I was scared to sign my lease to do previous reviews but I trusted my gut and went with it. The new management is awesome and Emily is honestly the best. She helped me with all my issues and is super nice, no matter how many questions i had she was always there to help me. I’m in the one bed one bath and it’s perfect. The internet is great and a decent speed (100mgps) overall I love it here below I’ll post pictures of my apartment and leave another review at the end of the year!"
