"Highly don't recommend. If you do rent here, demand documentation for EVERYTHING. I sublet over a summer and had issues then but thought things would smooth out after I became a full time resident. I signed for a 1 year lease, and a month before I was to move into a my unit, I got the news that my sister was dying in another state. Being a broke collage student, I knew if I left the state, I would not have the money to return, so I emotionally packed all my things, spoke with the office on what to do, gave them $250 to sign my leave over to someone on their waiting list as I was instructed by staff, and left under the impression I'd never hear of them again. That is until a few months later when debt collectors began calling me demanding I pay them the amount of a full years rent for an apartment I never lived in. I called and emailed the complex trying to figure out what went wrong, but management was rude, unhelpful, and said they had no record of me paying any fee to break the lease and it was my problem now despite sending proof I payed them $250. They said they see the payment but could not advise what its for. Of course I should have gotten it in writing that the lease was legally broken, but none was provided when I payed the $250 and I didn't think I'd have to ask for it. Now when contacted, On20 denies I ever rented there, but I still have a collection showing on my credit score despite continually trying to dispute it."

"Cant do zero stars. They will charge you fees for old moldy apartments. I was in unit 1814, horrible unit unclean when I moved in. Charged me 600$ when moved out. Called them more than 20 times and sent 10 emails since I had proof the charges were not true and they refused to let them go but discounted them. They will also change managements every 3 months so u can never keep them accountable. Once you sign they wont keep a single promise, respect your apartment choice or their promises. The only benefit to this place is the price. If you can pay more don’t rent here! I want to emphasize the maintenance guys are amazing and do their job so they get excluded from this."

"I cannot recommend staying farther away from this complex any more the management is absolutely terrible every single thing that could have possibly made my living situation here bad they managed to accomplish. Let me start this off by saying the girls (not managers) and maintenance crew at the office do their job and this review does not reflect them whatsoever. First issue I want to point out is that I have watched the head manager treat his employees insanely rudely. When I was brought into his office for a issue his response to the worker helping me was “what what do you want” as if he couldn’t possibly be bothered by his employee. I know that seems little but sets the scene on how terrible management is here. I signed a lease to pay monthly for a premium apartment with the old management and when I switched to a new apartment (because of roommate issues) the new management stated that because of how their system works they are not able to put me into a premium even though I’m paying the price for one. Just let that sit with you. While changing from regular keys to a key fob system the first week of the change they did not have enough key fobs for everyone in the complex regulating my apartment unlocked for an entire week. When changing their gates I was told I was not able to receive a new gate tag even though mine did not work because each tag was assigned to a resident leading me to believe they have no backup tags. It’s student living they allow non students to live in, the location is far from campus but charge near campus pricing. Visitor parking is a mess and I’m paying for a pool that has been closed since I moved in. But hey atleast they are upgrading the club house and repainting everything. If I could give this apartment 0 stars I would. And I need to restate this maintenance team and lady’s at the front office deserve 5 star’s management deserves to be fired and replaced."

"My daughter currently lives here and will most certainly not be renewing her lease. My daughter and I have many issues with this complex but the main one is visitor parking. There are at most 25 visitor spots for a complex that comprises 500+ tenants in TWENTY buildings. I cannot park safely and visit my child without running the risk of having my vehicle booted. The spots are always taken and have the same vehicles parked days on end. While also having multiple unnumbered spots empty on a daily basis alongside covered and numbered spots (unnumbered spots they attempted to start charging tenants monthly for when they prided themselves on not charging for parking when my daughter first signed her lease and toured). The management staff is extremely incompetent. I have had my daughter call me on numerous occasions filing complaints and request and either being ignored, request not being completed, and or totally disregarded and now they are upping their prices 100+ dollars for new kitchen appliances and fake wood floors. It also seems the only way to access management is going to the office. The phone number on both their website and online are directed to corporate offices of bhome and when you ask for the offices phone number you are given another office in Tampa who is affiliated and is not the direct office. I don’t understand what could possibly be so difficult about having an actual office phone number. Save yourself and you child the headache and find somewhere else to live."

"My son lives here and was recently diagnosed with cancer. I live 4 hours away. The new company that came in significantly reduced the number of visiting spots. While here in town for one of his chemo treatments all of the visitor spots have been occupied by the same vehicles for the past 5 days. The BMW in the pic has been there the last 2 times I've been up, which has been over a month's duration. Last night, again, all the visitor spots in the entire complex (which is not many) were taken, forcing me to park in an unmarked spot. I came out this morning to a boot on my car and had to pay $85 and wait over an hour to have it removed. I know they are charging their tenants $25 a month for their parking, why not at least charge for a visitor pass so we have a place to park. Or at least offer a pass for parents that are here for an emergency or medical situation. This is pretty ridiculous. That last thing I should have to worry about is where I'm going to park when I'm here dealing with a serious matter."
