"Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had with any business. Washer and dryer were not installed for almost four months, despite their promises; to make things worse, they damaged the washer on installation (rendering it useless) and didn't fix for almost another four months. They stopped giving me credit for the missing amenities after two months. Management (dealt with 4 different managers in one year) always said they would do something but never did despite following up almost every week. There was a rodent problem - apartment connected to derelict storage closet - they never addressed that. I had a pipe leaking under my sink next to exposed electrical wiring; although they fixed the pipe after five months, the wiring is still exposed (not to code and outrageously dangerous). The water is shut off for repairs basically every week, sometimes a few times per week; some of those times they were unannounced and went on for over four hours (good luck showering for work in the morning). Even the pool was closed by the state at one point. Melanie Wick made sure to be as rude and disrespectful to me as possible when I called for help regarding closing procedures. The worst part is that the lease you sign forces you to hire a professional cleaning company, which they conveniently do not remind you of when you "check out." This is just a way for them to not return your security deposit. Reaching out to management did not get me anywhere and I've had zero response since. Could not have been more frustrated and offended with my living experience there and with the interactions with management. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere."

"Where do I even begin with Camelot? We lived here in an unrenovated 1/1 for a year because the rent was cheap, but we couldn’t wait to get the f out. Almost constant plumbing issues, including the time a pipe burst in an adjoining storage unit and they couldn’t stop the leak until the morning. 24 gallons of water came through our wall (we measured). Then, we had a consistent water leak from under the toilet and tub of our only bathroom for MONTHS. Plumbers constantly came in and out of our apartment, leaving the door open and tracking in dirt, and management would never give us a heads up so we could put our cats away before they came despite us asking repeatedly. The leak was so bad the tile in the hall would SQUISH under our feet. Tile isn’t supposed to do that. It took them months to figure out the problem, which was a 5 foot span of pipe in the wall with a huge rusted crack in it. Seems like that kind of problem should’ve been solved the first time. This place has been “renovated” with a slap of white paint, (covering the beautiful brick which was one of the reasons we moved here in the first place), but none of the underlying structural problems have been fixed. Cherry on top, it took 2 months to get our security deposit back after we moved out. The number of times I felt we had to threaten legal action before anything was done. The management company is a mess. STAY AWAY!!!"

The smart apartment features, including the lock and thermostat, add a modern touch to daily living. And let's talk about the new clubhouse and pool – they've taken community amenities to a whole new level. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and contemporary living experience!"

"I recently had the pleasure of residing at Camelot, and I must say, it has been an exceptional experience. This apartment complex offers a wide range of modern amenities that have truly enhanced my living experience. One of the standout features of this apartment complex is its redesigned clubhouse. The moment you step inside, you are greeted with a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere. The addition of coworking areas within the clubhouse is a brilliant touch, providing a convenient space for those who work or study from home. The resort-like pool at Camelot is simply outstanding. The fire pit and outdoor grilling area add a touch of luxury and provide opportunities for social gatherings and enjoyable evenings with friends and neighbors. They have really awesome smart thermostats and door locks. The well-maintained and spacious dog park area, providing a great space for pets and pet owners to socialize and exercise is great! Convenient proximity to the campus, making it easy for students to commute. There is a brand new 24-hour fitness center, providing residents with the flexibility to exercise at any time that suits their schedule. Would definitely recommend Camelot!"

"Ac didn't work took a couple of weeks to fix. This happened during the first month of law school. Management dodged all calls. Many other students had similar issues and moved out of camelot to wynwood but I stayed. Months of construction paint and renting to people who had visitors at all hours of the night. Garbage and overgrown plants. Had to take an exam with construction banging on my wall. I was promised by office that it would be done long before and wasn't. I have video if anyone would like to hear how loud it was at 8am. Pool wasn't open for 7 months as they were replacing tiles. Gym same story and laundry rooms not secure. Everything takes longer than they promised and they leave tools ladders glass everywhere. Have more photos if anyone needs to see more. To add insult to injury, management refused to return deposit even though it was clean and the manager told us they were going to rip out appliances for the remodel. Really bad experience."
