"I lived here for around 2 years and just recently moved out. The complex is nice enough, generally secluded but located within walking-distance from wherever you might need to go. Nice apartments. The maintenance worker has been here throughout my entire stay and she is always exceptional and kind. My only complaint is the current management at the time of this review. They switch community managers and office workers constantly, so you can’t ever expect consistency. I had a few issues with the current community manager and I felt that she wasn’t trying her best to prioritize her tenants needs in several different ways."

"I’ve lived here at Museum walk for quite a while. The bedrooms are the biggest I’ve found in Gainesville. Pet friendly is a huge plus for me as well. Dee is the maintenance manger and has been before I moved in, she is absolutely amazing. Gets stuff done and in a timely manner. Only reason I’m not giving five stars is because security cameras need to be placed around the community. Gainesville has been getting more dangerous lately and I think security cameras would not only make us living here feel safer but if a crime were to occur it could help find the people responsible."

"I have had nothing short of a great experience at this complex. Extremely friendly, laid back staff along with spacious units that have great sound privacy from the neighbors, and great maintenance that is always there to help. There are no issues with receiving deliveries, using the amenities, parking, or maintenance at this complex. Couldn’t recommend it more!"

"I moved in to Museum Walk Apartments just a few weeks ago. After the first phone call with one of the leasing specialists, I got the needed information on pricing and extra information, with a follow-up email with the discussed facts. I later went through an apartment walk-through and was explained more in person what it is to be expected of. A huge thank you to Zachary, the leasing specialist who actually took the extra step and walked around the property to show me the bus stops and other needed information. The leasing offices are quite responsive and very organized regarding emailing and phone calling as promised. All the contracts and signed papers are neatly polished and written with no 'small font miss outs'. Moving in was exactly as I expected, clean room with a few undone details that aren't even worth mentioning. Since being new to town, the leasing offices were quite helpful with my first knowabouts of where to get groceries, bus stops, gyms, etc. The apartment comes with the access of a small gym with necessities such as a treadmill, elliptical, a seated bike, a pull-down machine and some dumbbells to get you going for a light workout sesh. The 'backyard' is also an awesome and clean area to get some barbecuing time in. The apartment itself was clean and cozy but that would be because of my roommates. The room was really empty, however. Do come prepared with some bathroom rugs, a shower curtain, garbage bin, lamp, bed accessories also. Try and get to know your roommates and don't be afraid to speak up if it's not the right click. I've had a few issues with the heating since my room is the farthest from the heater yet, I've had suggestions by Dee and for now, it's going great. I did have an issue with having zero internet at my apartment for about 4 days and that's because of some issue COX had stating that my modem was 'lost and missing' and the cables were wrongly attached. Would have been nice for MW to check for a working internet since I did make it clear I'd need it when moving in. However, I love how responsive the manager, Danielle is to suggestions and just issues that have come up and tried her best to fix them as soon as she could. Couldn't have asked for a better place in a quite location. Worth the money. Will update when I move out."
