"I came to canopy apartment to look into a apartment for my self seeing as how I live here in Gainesville already, and I can afford the price for myself, I had NICO give me a tour of the amenities and even the different lay outs that they offer to see if there might be something else that tickles my fancy, to say the least NICO was a awesome and great tour guide super knowledgeable on every question I asked, even knowing some great spouts for me to eat and even better spouts for entertainment all while visiting other apartment complex’s and even better he left me with all my question and concerns answered and taken care of, if your coming to canopy apartments any time soon I highly, highly! Recommend having NICO ALVAREZ give you a tour and asking him directly any of your finical concern's or layout concerns. As for canopy apartments I would hate to move in, and not see NICO still working there after how well he helped me out, he’s one amazing asset and he most definitely sold me on moving in. if none of the other apartments can top the way he treated me. Most likely they won’t so I look forward to moving in :)!!"

"Campus Circle has some of the nicest amenities and apartments Gainesville. The people working in the office are very friendly and always willing to help. One of the office staff, Shakeira, was extremely welcoming and kind. She’s a great person to work with and always willing to help."

"I’m on my second year of living at Campus Circle. I have moved within the complex itself and lived in one of their 2x2 units and am now in a 4x4. Both units have been extremely clean and well taken care of. I feel like I don’t adhere to the typical “college life” because I live in such a luxurious apartment with a resort style pool, study rooms, and a really nice gym. The employees in the office are super helpful and are so willing to attend to your specific needs. I have attended almost all the social events they have to bring the community together and give college kids a free meal! Since they are super active on social media, I can always keep track of what’s going on at Campus Circle. I always recommend this apartment complex to my younger friends who are coming to UF because the location and safety features are unbeatable."

I am so happy with my roommate match, it couldn't have worked out better. I am excited for the hours for the amenities to go back to normal so that I can enjoy them after work since I work a 9-5, otherwise no complaints and a great home overall!"
