"I have lived in the apartment for the past 3 years and have enjoyed every moment. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating (especially Taylor and Justin :) ). Service requests are never an issue and they respond within a day to two days. Couldn’t have asked for a more stress free management team."

"The front office is so helpful, especially Taylor and Justin!! I had a really unfortunate interaction with Superior Towing and they went above and beyond to vouch for me and help me out. In general, they go above and beyond for their residents and it’s so refreshing."

"I loved living at Looking Glass Apartments! The staff (Taylor and Nadiah) were very quick to respond to emails and were always extremely nice. There was even a time when they let me use their office printer when I was desperate to print my formula sheet and get to an exam on time. Furthermore, the location is super convenient! I was able to walk to class in less than 10 minutes, and there were many restaurants, hangout and study areas, and stores nearby. Also, any maintenance requests I put in were handled usually within 1-2 days. Even during the beginning of the semester when they're the busiest, someone came to fix my leaking sink the day after I put in the maintenance request. Lastly, it's important to note that the apartment was unfurnished. But now that I've moved out I'm able to keep all my belongings, so that worked well for me. I would highly recommend getting an apartment here!"

"The staff (Justin and Taylor) really went out of their way to make a special accommodation for us. We had an impromptu visit to Gainesville and on the day before heading home, we decided we wanted to see our son's floor plan that he would be moving into in the fall. Let me add, we called 2 hours before the leasing office was closing! Taylor, the Leasing Agent, was so kind, she arranged to let us in to view HER OWN UNIT since all units were occupied just so we could see a similar floor plan. This was a team effort between Justin and Taylor. My son, husband and myself were able to view the floor plan and ask lots of questions. We feel very comfortable knowing that this staff will be an integral part of my son's new housing experience."

"This is my second year living at the Looking Glass Apartments, and I have very much enjoyed my experience here this past year. Although a little pricey, the front office is very kind and accommodating with all of our needs. Maintenance orders are always filled very quickly and the office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions and concerns you approach them with. I feel like I am very acquainted with the office and maintenance staff and I really enjoy living here. The location also can't be beat, only a block away from Midtown and across the street from campus. I am looking forward to my next year here!"
