"As first time renters, me and my partner were a bit nervous upon moving into a new city and did not know what to expect out of Sun Bay Apartments. However, this was the best decision we could have made, as the staff helped us through the rental process with great patience, we knew that we were in good hands! We have a one bedroom apartment and it is very clean and comfortable. As we encountered small issues and questions, they have been quickly answered and solved through the amazing staff. My partner currently attends UF and Sun Bay apartments is a very close distance, which helps us out in the long run. Another aspect of this community that I love is how engaging the staff is with the residence! My partner and I love seeing the activities and games they host, our favorite has been the Valentines Day Heart Hunt. If you’re looking for a great apartment, Sun Bay is the way to go."
"I have lived here for more than 10 years. I find it to be a quiet, easy going, stress free place to live. The grounds are filled with trees, flowers & a duck pond. The grounds are beautifully manicured. The administration group are pleasant & bend over backwards to help in any way they can to make your stay here comfortable. The maintenance crew do their utmost to alleviate any problems that may arise within your apartment. They’re Johnny on the spot. The housekeeping does an excellent job in keeping the buildings clean & respectable. I’m very well pleased with the way things are handled here. They go beyond & host nationality events & holidays to please their diverse tenants. Come join us. You’ll be pleased."

"I have lived in this apartment for three years, and the experience has been great so far! We get the upgraded unit so it is clean and bright. There are buses to campus and the stops are just right there in front of the complex. A grocery store is within walking distance. The trees and gardens are well maintained, and, most importantly, the management has been very kind and responsive to our needs. Given all these experiences and the relatively cheaper rent, living at Sun Bay is certainly a good deal."
