Gainesville Place Apartments

"The apartment, its staff, and it's facilities are great but I have not been impressed by the people they have been accepting as tenants. I have had almost a dozen roommates come into and out of my apartment for the last year I have been living here and they have constantly been some of the most disrespectful people I have ever met. There have been numerous incidents of weed-smoking going on inside of the apartment, tenants bringing in extra people outside the lease to stay in the apartment without the other tenants' permission, and have constantly dirtied the apartment to the point where it makes it almost unlivable. The apartment does an awful job in roommate matching and is too quick in letting anybody sign a lease and move in."

"We had a great experience with Carlos Melendez he absolutely knows his stuff. Both times I’ve had a maintenance request he is in and out quicker than you can say peanut butter and jelly. Truly a professional guy that takes his job very seriously. Thank you Carlos!"

"Carlos has been the most amazing maintenance we’ve had. From coming and doing emergency maintenance to tiny things like a clogged drain. He’s always on top of it and very thorough even going out of his way to unclog a drain while he was here for another maintenance issue. Can’t say enough good things."

After hearing bad news from another apartment complex, Crystal Miner, Brie Posey, and most importantly Andrea Broz turned my day all the way around and fixed everything. They were all an embodiment of perfect customer service."
