Maintenance staff Rudd, Bob, Butch and Steve are all very friendly and do a great job fixing any problem in a timely manner. Could not imagine living anywhere else that cares as much as they do."

"Circa Properties definitely has the best apartments! They are especially perfect if you are a student at UF. I have been living here for about 5 months now and I will not be living anywhere else as long as I am in Gainesville. The apartments are right across the street from campus so it usually takes me 5 minutes to walk to my classes. There are also a ton of restaurants, a Publix, a Five Below, and a WaWa all in walking distance, which is very convenient as well. As for the apartment itself, it's perfect! The appliances are very nice, the kitchen is stunning, the closets are nice and big with shelves on top to store your things, we have our own laundry room that also has shelves and LOTS of room to store your things, there are nice big windows that bring in a lot of natural light (with blinds so that no one can see in at night) and lots of space to live very comfortably. I also cannot express how amazing the staff is here. The maintenance guys (Bob, Rudd, Butch and Steve) are the sweetest people you'll ever meet. Whenever I have a maintenance request, they are more than happy to come help and they always complete the request in a timely manner. The office people are also very sweet. Nadiah, Justin, and the leasing agents are always there to help me whenever I need anything. Every time I go into the office, I end up chatting with the workers for a bit because they are so friendly and fun to be around. It is also a family owned business so they are very responsive and considerate. Overall, I definitely recommend living here."

"The office staff was so friendly and welcoming! I didn't know all of the properties they had to offer, but Justin made sure I was aware of all my options before signing on to anything. He explained a cheaper parking alternative, as well as helped make accommodations to my lease even after signing! The team working here at Circa Properties will definitely take care of you. During my apartment tour, I even encountered a current tenant who only had great things to say about living there. Their 4.6 star reputation doesn't do them justice. I highly recommend signing here if having a responsible and professional management team is important to you."

"Fantastic leasing office! Spent my two best years of college in one of their apartments. They helped me and my roommate with everything we needed and were extremely accommodating., Circa was an absolute joy to lease under, especially compared to the experiences of my friends who leased from other offices... Their locations are prime and the maintenance is always above and beyond. No problems we had lasted longer than a day, thanks to Rusty and the rest of the amazing maintenance staff. Justin from the main office handles all of these college kids with finesse and ease. He handled any of our mistakes and issues with kindness and respect, always making us feel like guests and allowing us to trust him. Great places and great staff, this whole apartment thing was a breeze. Definitely trust Circa for some great years at UF."
