"Just following up…….Does this place still have bedbugs? I lived here and my place was infested and the management tried to tell me I brought them in because they said they had a pest control company come out and spray it because the tenant before me had bedbugs. Smh. Does management want to address this question? Because I kept the emails which I could post here and let everybody know how this conversation went and how much the management team at that time did not care. Update…still no reply from the management team? Not surprised. They know what they did."

"Any bad review on here that I have read blows my mind! I'm so happy here. I've been here for about 5 years, and maintenance is great. The office is so kind. All of my friends that visit love it here. I've never had a single bug problem, which I am so happy about (it's Florida, so bugs are everywhere). I think you'd be lucky to get a spot here! Hands down, I call this home."

"Lived here since 2015. Best mgmt I ever had. Keeps the grounds and facilities in great working order, and strictly enforces the rules which I love. Efficient response to repair problems. Good neighbors, quiet, and a pool kept clean and sharp all year. Buildings are sturdy stock with good foundation and materials from the 70s but everything has been updated so very good interiors. The rent just jumped to finally match the rate the rest of Gville was rising to and made me sad but still couldn't find a better deal anywhere. Before that they only raised the rent $10 every two years. There are some rain flooding problems on the grounds when it rains heavily and long term but only in the buildings around me. Drains fairly quickly but affecting the asphalt. Whenever a disruptive neighbor becomes a problem it is addressed pronto. Good location on bus routes near Magnolia Parke, Publix, Thornbrooke Village and ten mins from SF college."

"DONT LIVE HERE!!! I was a really great tenant for about 5 or 6 years. Always paid my rent on time. No one ever complained about me. I was quiet and never caused issues. Apparently because I left my trash outside two times that was reason enough to make me move out. The property manager is extremely rude and was completely unwilling to work with me. Loyalty means nothing anymore. I do not recommend this complex at all!!!!"

"The people were very friendly....but the apartments are kind of run down...the garbage dumpster are over flowing...There were several men standing out at the road..however there are nice bus stops with a covered roof. A short way down the street was a playground"
