"While waiting for the food distribution you are able to make new friends. Also able to keep updated on people you know on how they are doing."
"On the 2nd Thursday of every month they have food distribution by the tennis courts. People arrive early in the morning to get inline. They start between 10:30 and 11:00am They usually unlock the front gates to enter the property."
"I’ve been out here since 2019 and seen a lot go on and management go in and out of here because of it. Amy is the manager and she’s been here since right after I moved in. She’s made changes here that nobody else could make and got people out of here that didn’t have no business being here. Security is really good but they need to be here at daytime too. For some reason they’re only here at night and we don’t need 2 security on nights when most of us are coming and going during the day. I call Aso and it takes them 4 hrs to come out because they say they are short staffed. Office staff is really good out here and makes it worth staying."
"Pool is constantly broken, Never Helpful or in the office which is weird for what you are paying. They change the hours whenever they feel like it. The gate is always broken. I payed for the pool which was closed for 8 months. What a scam. They will purposely try and deceive you to keep you locked in a contract. College and first time renters beware this is definitely not for you. I would advise everyone to find somewhere else. This place is terrible."
"They stole my deposit and refused to talk to me or return any calls and there are a lot of fake reviews on here. This place is awful. Gun shots, robberies, fights.... people constantly watching your every move..... You can barely sleep at night because all you hear is loud music and people fighting. Security was A JOKE. They didn't do ANYTHING. They claim they didn't have my new address but I've talked to them last month and gave them my new address and STILL havnt heard anything back from them."
