"Many of the apts have mold issues that they will try to blame on the tenant. I had a mold issue & they tried to blame me AND stick me w/the remediation bill, UNTIL I contacted Code Enforcement and had an inspection done, SMH. They tried to evict me and everything bcus I refused to foot the bill for THEIR mold issue. After Code Enforcement, the manager Kim then retracted all of her false accusations and asked if I wanted to remain there after Atrium Management paid to get rid of the mold. HELL NO, after how I was treated?!? lol I was promised my security deposit back in March of 2023. It is now Nov 2023 and still no security deposit. Steer clear of these crooks and their MOLDY APTS!!!"
"This review is for my time spent there in 1994. I rented a 2/1. Total rent was $325... roomate and I split that. The unit I rented was the second floor.. when you first pull in , top unit on the left. Was called Fox Hollow apartments. Occasionally have dreams about that place so that's why I looked it up just now. Enjoy college, it is a great time to go through."
"I visited this community while apartment shopping and instantly felt like my search had come to an end. I had the pleasure of meeting Kim, she was very welcoming and just overall a gem.After a number of not so pleasant encounters with property managers over the past few weeks it was nice to encounter someone with such a pleasant personality and presence."
"We signed a lease with them 2 months before the agreed date. When it was already time, Kim Bispham (property manager) told us the unit was not ready yet. We were appalled! We’re homeless! She did not even bother to tell us ahead of time so that at least we can extend our stay with our previous apartment. We decided to cancel the lease as we were homeless and lost our trust in them. We asked for a full refund which they agreed to return. To cut the story short. After a month of dodging our calls, they only returned the $500 security deposit but they still owed us $ 1, 421 (move-in charge rent and admin fee). Until now, they did not return our hard-earned money as promised. So learn from us. Stay away from this apartment and management!"
