"Living there is nightmare, it's always something that management have to have enter your apartment during the day while I'm at work. They let random contractors have the keys to your place with no escorts from the Hunters Crossing staff. Last time they when in and left a light on and tracked dirt on the carpet."
"This is my second time renting from this community. The past stay was so great that when returning to Gainesville area and needing a fully furnished apartment there was no other choice for me! Yessica was amazing to work with and made the process so pleasant. The apartment looked great and Yessica was always so quick to reply to my questions or requests. Again, it has been a wonderful experience."
"Extremely friendly staff, free keurig coffee during office hours (sometimes cookies too), and overall well maintained, quiet, safe, gated community. Right next to a plaza with a Publix, and depending on your location within the complex, you could walk there in less than 5 minutes. Large and small dog friendly. Gym has all of the essentials. For example, it has free weights, benches with adjustable incline (but no bench press), cables (with essentials), machine chest press, cable rows and lat pull downs, machine leg press, row machine, treadmills, exercise ball, elastic bands, mirrors, water, and hot towels. They also have a nice pool, but I have not used it. My 2/2 apartment was spacious with wood and carpet floors. In-unit laundry. Full kitchen with a fairly modern refrigerator. Master bedroom was carpeted with a walk-in double sink and very large walk-in closet (random, but honestly someone could sleep comfortably in it)."
"Great experience! The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The manager, Josh, was excellent through the process. He was very professional and knowledgeable. A representative named Savannah was one of the most friendly and helpful staff member I ever met. My highest recommendation."
