"Seamless booking, check-in, door code sent thru text and private parking with security. Beautiful ocean front view from our balcony in Tower 1 which had a full table and chairs. Very clean. Nice kitchen. The photos posted are just what you get. No surprises. We loved this place. Small problem with ice maker and elevators can be a bit cramped. Hey, you're at the beach, make new friends. We'll definitely come back to the Majestic."

"No room cleaning, no responsiveness to maintenance requests, no flexibility for room type for large groups. I needed to check myself and my group out at 5 am and they would not let me print receipts the night prior. If you stay at the Majestic expect to schlep your way half a mile to and from the room to the front desk only to get to the front desk and repeat your request multiple times to a sleepy disinterested shell of a human at the desk. Once you get to your room expect multiple maintenance issues (broken washers/dryers, fully flooded rooms) that won't be resolved. Walls are nice and thin so you can hear every swinging SOB cruising hwy 98 if you're into that. Their inflexibility and inhospitality was truly shocking and made a recent stay at a motel 6 seem like a 5 star resort. But hey at least they have a nice beach. Just kidding it has a massive rusted pipe cutting through the middle of it. Great place to watch the world roll by and wish you were back home and not in PCB."
"Maintenance needs to be kept up. They charge for wristbands but no one including security checks to see if you're wearing them."
