"This is very late getting done. But I just wanted to say that our girls week in this condo was the very best time we have ever had in the 5 years we have been doing this 50 year old celebration!! Everything was spotless, in order and just perfect!! We had plenty of room and never felt crowded. We cooked in 4 of the 7 nights just because we loved the condo so much we didn’t want to leave!! "What can I say this place was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and had many great amenities! Breath taking views and the sunrise and sunsets were beyond beautiful!!! The owner Sharon was absolutely awesome to work with in every way! I absolutely loved this condo the linens were so nice and comfortable and gives you a luxury feel and stay! They make sure you have pretty much any and everything you could need such as a wagon, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas you name it, it was pretty much available. The pool and poolside bar was great as well when the flags were flying dangerous. I would definitely stay here again without pause! The only thing i would complain about and it is absolutely out of the owners hands was the elevator wait at times and parking as well. We stayed at the end of July and at times was worried to find a decent parking spot or one at all for that matter due to how busy grand Panama was when we was there. If you want a comfy, beautiful, peaceful area to stay with no worry this is your place, they also offer a 3brm if you need more room which is awesome! Great location, walking distance from so many attractions, shops, restaurants etc. thanks again for such a great vacation we look forward to booking with you again!"

"If you are looking for a place to stay in Panama City Beach you definitely need to use By the Beach Vacations. We stayed at Grand Panama unit 1-901 and it was fabulous. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, also with 2 bunk beds end unit with a large balcony facing the gulf. Sharon is absolutely GREAT to work with and her unit is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean and well stocked. We took my 80 year old dad and 86 year old neighbor and we had the best time. Sometimes you can rent a place and you end up bringing half your stuff from home because you are afraid the place won't have what you may need to use. Not here!!! We will definitely use her again. We got to make very special memories, especially with my dad having stage 4 lung and brian cancer. We can not thank you enough."

"Great Condo, very clean and I'm very picky on cleaning. I have tried to stay in other condos over the 8 years of us visiting Panama and always had issues with cleaning or condition of condo. I will be Staying with By the Beach Vacations again. Everything was well taken care of. Nice central location to St Andrew's Park and pier park. Drinks at Tiki Hut are great. Elevators didn't take forever. Staff for Grand Panama where always cleaning the property."

"This was a great place to vacation for our family. The condo was well equipped, clean, updated. Sharon's communication was great, even after the already concise 'canned' entry and exit emails. She let us know about maintenance before we arrived so we weren't surprised, even had a kind note on the counter when we checked in. Spring break in PCB is no joke but the property security did a great job of letting the young people have fun but not get too rowdy (even immediately responded to our text after midnight and had a party quiet down). My family felt very secure and taken care of in a great unit overlooking the beach and pool. The views were incredible inside and out and the daily jet flyovers were a nice bonus."
