"The actual townhomes are nice and the area is great for families but the pool is always gross and the garbage area is always an issue. I just rent here but if I was an owner I’d be upset with paying an HOA fee for nothing to get done."
"Townhome Community under construction....completing build out. I was here doing a virtual showing for out of town buyers. They did go under contract on a unit scheduled to close end of July. Some units do have a parking garage; most units don't have a garage. I visited the model. Builder has nice finishes and upgrades."
"My rating is based as a service professional only and without inside information to the ins and outs of the location.. The complex is well maintained, looks very quiet and seems to have a great location. The units vary I'm sure but the one I went into was very spacious had 2bed 2bath upstairs and 1/2bath on main floor with a nice size living and kitchen area. I would definitely consider if I were opting to purchase!"
