"Family went down for vacation and after paying full amount to stay they are being kicked out because my uncle who owns built his own Camper is not a qualified (RV) because it doesn't have a mandatory sticker that was not mentioned during time of deposit. Don't waster your money or your time when there are so many other campgrounds that care about there guests."

"Staff really helped us in a bind this Winter with a last minute reservation for us! Very thankful for all their help. The newer part of the park has nice landscaping and the laundry is the least expensive option around vs any other nearby laundromats. The local grocery store is three mins away and the beach 20 minutes."

"Dont waste your time! While they did return a call and explain their rules and regulations! I stress rules, and regulations. They ask you to take pictures of your RV. After you waste your time jumping through the hoops, and you didn’t waste your time they wasted your time, they call back after you sent beautiful pictures of your RV and say NO management says NO. Really. My RV is stunning and it’s rated as one of the top 10 Winnebago’s in the country for the year it was built. She asked me if I have a dog I said yes he’s a service dog certified with papers for seizure alert for my son. After asking me about the dog three times she wanted to know what breed he was. I told her he’s a mixed breed black lab and he’s a service dog with certified papers. Once again she asked me what are the other breeds?? Are you kidding me, she obviously has no knowledge of the Americans with disability act. That was her first violation.. do not waste your time with these ignorant people."

"We loved staying at the Calypso Cove rv park! We were close enough to visit Destin but stay out of the traffic. The staff was exceptionally helpful with our reservation when we needed to add an extra day. The laundry takes credit cards which was so much easier than digging for quarters! Nice clean bathrooms, great level spots, cute landscaping and palm trees. I was worried about staying here with the reviews but it appears the bad reviews were years old and from previous management. Don’t let that stop you from coming!"
