"Terrible customer service. Just called them to inquire about a rental and the owner acted like I was a waste of his time. I asked if there was a minimum stay to which he replied "when you leaving " I stated we were locals and were just looking for a one night rental and he immediately began repeating "that wont work" like I just appalled him. Don't waste your time on this rude person who cares less about his customers !"
"We rented the unit (108 Tonya Lane, Golf Highlands Condo complex), in June 2015. Pro's – Gated Community. A golf cart was provided to get to the beach about 5 blocks from the unit. The condo association’s private pool on the beach is great with a café that has good reasonable food and drink. The unit has a nice patio with a BBQ pit and plenty of chairs to relax behind the unit. AC unit kept the unit cool. Think it's an oversized 4 ton unit. Con's - Unit was dusty & dirty with cob webs everywhere. Only had one frying pan but had an electric grill to use in the kitchen. We used the electric grill but it kept blowing the breaker if you used the kitchen vent and toaster. WAY TOO MUCH gaudy furniture and huge table top accessories in the unit. So much furniture we were always in each other’s way and could not set items on the tables. Furniture prevented us from opening the closet doors in the bedroom. I can't imagine how 8 people could stay in this 3 BDRM unit. There was a nail head sticking up from the floor in the worn out carpet in the upstairs bedroom and I sliced open my foot on the nail head with no tools to hammer it back in. Many of the way too many light fixtures did not have light bulbs or had burnt out bulbs. Patio door handle was broken off, kitchen sink faucet was broken, the light switch by the wet bar had a short in it and the ceiling lights would not stay on. Ants and other bugs were present in the unit. I doubt we will stay there again and suggest the unit be deep cleaned, have a lot of the oversized furniture and large table top accessories taken out. Have the unit sprayed for bugs and complete some basic maintenance so the unit is ready to be occupied."
