Panama Flats

"by far one of the best communities I’ve ever lived in. Everything from the initial tours, my time spent, my neighbors, and the staff was beyond amazing. I always felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful environment. Walking to the beach and watching the sunsets were def my favorite part. I will miss Panama flats so much! & would def lease again if I ever found myself back in that area. Thank you for such a memorable experience Panama Flats"

"Took a tour and I was very impressed. Huge workout room. Ample space to have get togethers, cookouts, etc. plenty of chairs and space to enjoy the outdoors. Two walkways to the beach and several apartments have Gulf views. Apartments are beautiful with great appliances. The staff was very friendly."

"***Update****NEW OWNERSHIP and RPM Management Since the new ownership/ and management there was a major turnover in staff. Big mistake. We no longer have enough people to take care of maintenance requests. No maintenance on the weekend. Multiple amenities have been broken for months! They are raising rent and 22 people put in their notice to vacate! The landscaping has declined. Really great property that is quickly going downhill. This used to be amazing! Prior post: The property is CLEAN and well kept. My doggie loves the dog park and her new friends. Just moved in and I am looking forward to making new friends too! The pool is awesome and the 5 minute walk to the beach is outstanding. Thank you Scott for making my move in easy! Today, I had a minor maintenance issue and Dustin came right over and fixed it. He was so nice and professional!"

"Jennifer is amazing!!! Very knowledgeable about everything went above and beyond to make sure our moving experience was as pleasant as possible, especially when moving around Christmas. She is just a doll and so sweet. These are amazing apartments, and the fixtures, flooring Everything in the home is beautiful. and the amenities are by far better than any place I’ve ever lived. The outdoor space is nothing short of amazing the pool, not only as heated, but it’s huge and beautiful. They have several grills A fire pit, ping-pong table, the gym is huge and has all the latest and best gym equipment. Oh and did I mention it’s only 309 steps to the beach Which we get to walk to on our own beautiful private boardwalk I definitely recommend getting a hold of jennifer if you are thinking about moving here. You definitely won’t regret it."

"Scott the assistant manager is exactly who you want managing a property of this class and size. RAM partners did a great job of hiring him, incredibly warming and personable and professional. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach - my family and I have enjoyed walking down the boardwalk to catch nightly sunsets on the gulf. The community amenities are also wonderful (multiple grills, luxurious pool, ping pong table, club house, fire pit, fully equipped GIGANTIC gym, etc)."
