They are such sweet woman and I will miss them the most when I leave. The property is beautiful, the units are big and the prices are very reasonable, especially with the location right next to the beach, and Holiday's dedication to ensuring residents' satisfaction is truly commendable. "I've been living here for 4yrs and the since Jan 22 the new staff has been the greatest since I've lived here!!!!! Help you with anything you need if I could give them 10 ⭐,s I would cause they are the BEST since I have lived here!!! Hard worker's that work great together and with tenants take care of there business. Wonderful, funny work and have fun on holidays when they can!makes family and kid's happy!"

"I wanted to take a minute to leave a review about 79 west. I miss this place! I lived there for a year and had to leave to do job transfer. They have one of the best pools in PCB. The gym is nice also. You can't beat the 5 min. Walk to the beach!! Close to shopping too. The staff was always nice and helped me with my issue. Great place!!"

"This establishment is so money hungry, it’s sick. They also charge an outrageous amount of money for apartments they refuse to update. The grout in between the tiles are just about gone and need to be fixed. The office manager refused to fix after promising it would be fixed. Do not recommend this establishment. Since living at 79 west we have been let down multiple times. The outlet in the bathroom was falling out of the wall and when a maintenance worker arrived he had no clue how to fix it. I have to call my dad to walk the guy through how to fix it. Also, I was walked in on multiple times while home alone 8 months pregnant. Imagine having a strange man just walk in on you. The washer and dryer was so old that they couldn’t even order replacement parts for it and yet they refused to replace the washer and dryer because it still worked. If you have any other options/a different place to live choose the other option."
