We had let her know that we didn't have much time but even then she never pressured or rushed us to do anything. Talking with her made us feel very calm in choosing a home even though we hadn't much time. And her homes were also very gorgeous. We later ended up finding a home on a lot but would love to keep a great relationship with her because we’ll likely be coming back when we are ready. "I find it interesting that Google has several 5 star reviews for this business and a few 1 star reviews, no ratings in the middle. I went to look at affordable homes with a friend. At first, everything seemed to go smoothly. After a few weeks, they experienced several fees added that were not discussed up front. Eventually, they did not go with this company due to more additional fees. The company protects themselves by asking you to sign authorization forms to incur those fees whether or not they were disclosed up front or not. This is standard practice in the industry, just beware of that. My husband and I were thinking about possibly going with them and we changed our minds quickly after seeing what our friends had experienced."

"Well, if you feel like getting called uneducated, a fool, and a child all for asking about your home, then please do go with Stefanie! She'll hook you right up with insults!!! And then make sure to not let me know anything else about my house so that I am sitting here wondering and guessing and without any answers. She is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude and selfish!! I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again. Not after the way my family and I were treated! After she made that sale, her true colors showed! I've retracted my good review for her, since she has obviously done the same with me and my family! ...all for wanting some truthful answers!"

"Stephanie offered excellent customer service and continued to contact us for weeks after our visit. We finally decided to build a home rather than purchase a manufactured home. As much as the house is costing, we may have done better with the mfg. Home... too late now LOL... the house is almost done. Beautiful, but expensive!"
