"Lived in these apartments for many years, through multiple administrations. This current owner is a slum lord! These are the conditions we are living in! Maintenance is only done half way and then abandoned. They only get back to you if it’s something they need. The grounds are not maintained at all. Pine straw covers the walkways and trash is littered everywhere, especially around the dumpsters as there isn’t enough of them! Management is friendly, but M.I.A! Raising the rent is the only thing they seem to be proficient at!"
