"I have been renting at Broadview Oaks since 2000! I do so for its convenience to everything. But I must say that the current manager, Trish, is the absolute best ever during all that time! She goes the extra mile to help people with billing and repairs. We have many older people, including myself, who have trouble with digital stuff, and Trish is always there to help out. She really cares about us. I also think that Tim is the best maintenance person we have had. He is very friendly and actually knows what he is doing."
"I have been living at Broadview Oaks for the last 8 yrs if that says anything..It is in a great location 5 minute drive from the mall, restaurants, close to PJC, Hospitals...The staff is great!, friendly and helpful. Trish, the office manager is awesome!.. Always helps me if I am in a bind with my rent..It's a quiet, peaceful community.."
"We had moved in 2 years ago now we love it here good area to be in. The office staff ( ms trish ) goes out of her way to help you anyway she can. The maintenance ( mr Tim ) is good at what he does you have any kind of problem night or day they both will make sure your taking care of. The only downfall is about it is the rent is little high, but at the same time your close to everything so that's a major plus"
"My personal experience with Broadview Oaks has been very unpleasant. I stayed there for 6 years and not once have they upgraded anything in my unit, even after numerous attempts. They wouldn't move me to a bigger unit, paint, etc. It's not like I was a bad tenant, only been late a couple times in 6 years. The rent increases are ridiculous, and they always throw someone in the office who doesn't know what they're doing. Good luck to you if you rent there."
