"I've lived here for over 4 years and management has gotten worse. When I first moved here I could put in a maintenance request and it would be answered within a few days. Now I'm lucky if someone comes at all. The water is out at least twice a week depending on the time of year with no ETA on when it will be back on. Now I'm being told that to break my lease I owe two months rent, but nothing I submitted a request for has been resolved. This is no way to treat people who pay their rent on time or early. I'm glad I'm moving because I've never seen worse management."

"Just giving my honest review here, nothin personal PROS: Location is amazing, close to everything! Zach, the maintenance guy is amazing. He is friendly and engaging. Kris who works at the office has mood swings. Sometimes shes nice, sometimes she isnt. The trees surrounding the property is nice and can provide shade to your car from the sun. CONS: This apartment has major roach issue. 2nd day of living here i saw a big American roach in the bathroom and it came from under the bathroom sink. That explains the photo posted with the duct tape. I had to cover the holes where roaches were coming in from. The Pest control service they have isnt good. I had to be proactive treating these nasty bugs. The model unit they show to the prosprective renters isnt the same on the actual unit you will be living in. I was shocked how my unit looked the day i moved in. Everything is cheaply done. Look at the shower faucet photo i posted. How can you rent this place out when you cant even make that look presentable. The towel holder kept coming off the wall, again, everything was cheaply made in the unit. The gym is a joke. I was going to use it one time but the door dont have an automatic lock and I saw a homeless person going in to use the bathroom so I ended up getting a gym membership somewhere else. Some renters do not even pick up their dog's feces. The laundry room stayed messy and dirty. No one ever answers the phone in the office. They communicate via email. I hope management will at least try to do something to mitigate the problems this property have. Great location, YES, but thats about it!"

"We just moved in, and after a full renovation that our particular unit underwent, maintenance was on top of it! Zac, the maintenance guy, is a rockstar. He knocked out every issue that I had in no time, and got my little place feeling like home!"

"In response to their reply: that’s why it’s been 90 degrees in my apartment for over 24 hours and y’all have done absolutely nothing. Me and my roommate both called multiples time from 10:00 am to midnight and maintenance waited to the next day to come only to not be able to fix it. Y’all’s great service is a joke. And throughly and quickly?!! My ac has been going out for months and it’s been 90 degrees in my apartment for 36 hours. But y’all are so thorough and quick right? I have lived here for two years and the problems at this complex are never ending. First and foremost there is a roach problem. Second, they turn the water off for hours on end at least once a month if not once every couple weeks. Third, the ac units cannot keep up and need to be replaced. We were told months ago that they were going to order a new ac unit but we were informed by the new maintenance man that they were never ordered. So for the past few months we have woken up to it being 80+ degrees in our apartment. Or coming home to it being 86 degrees in the apartment and our ac unit blowing all day leading to an increased bill. It will get fixed only to have to the same issue happen a week or a few days later. I will say that in my experience the maintenance men work to resolve the issue quickly but it isn’t a permanent fix. Fourth, a lot of the neighbors don’t pick up after their dogs or pick up their trash. Fifth, homeless people hangout at the dumpsters. Sixth, the front office never answers and act as if you are inconveniencing them. And there is also a mold problem. They also don’t clean the apartments before you move in. On our move in day there was at least 4 dead roaches just dead on the floor. They also didn’t inform us until our move in day that the carpet needed to be replaced and that we actually couldn’t move in until the evening when they are finished. This just goes to show the lack of communication and respect the front office has for its tenants. Lastly, the gym is pathetic and consists of a treadmill and a couple dumbbells. It’s not the worst apt complex but there’s a lot better for $1400 a month"

"The overall apartment complex is good. Huge issue with the water, expect it to be out at least once a month for a day or maybe more. Been here for about four years now and the problem persists and the office simple says they are “working to resolve the issue” the gym also leaves much to be desired. If you are hoping to have a decent gym where you live, looks elsewhere."
