"If the criminals don't get to you, then you gotta worry about avoiding the druggies and crazies. Let's not even get started on how the entire complex was built in a flood zone that consistently floods everytime it rains and the residents have to be rescued because they don't listen to evacuation warnings. It's a nasty place; the apartments, the people, the area, EVERYTHING. These are considered "affordable housing." We know that really means government assisted, trashy/non-caring, drug induced residents who complain because the government is not giving them enough to live lavish lifestyles like the rappers on TV.... They should let this complex flood and wash away all the trash. You've been warned about this place."
