"I've lived in Southtowne for almost two years now and all I have to say are positive things. The staff is super friendly and helpful all the time. Mica, Kim and Raina (with an A!) are all awesome and always make an effort to go out of their way to make sure we're happy with everything. The maintenance group is also amazing. Daniel, Steven and Javien all do everything they can to make sure they answer our work requests are taken care of in a timely manner. For such a large building and small maintenance team, they do a hell of a good job getting everything done so quickly every day. I would highly recommend checking Southtowne out."

"Just moved in but so far the experience has been great. Friendly, accommodating staff. Good amenities (though the workout room is missing some power cords for the equipment that I requested be replaced). Looking forward to downtown Pensacola Living! Conveniently located to all of the shops, restaurants & bars on Palafox Street. Plus, if you work downtown, you can walk to work! My husband loves being right across the street from the YMCA too."

"Both Kim & Raina were accommodating to my recently busy schedule and communicated well with me via email. I couldn't find the (correct) entrance when I arrived, and Kim came and tracked me down. They showed us the whole shabang and listened to what I was looking for. I enjoyed the experience!"

"They keep deleting my HONEST review. They don’t want to be exposed! They attempted to delete my review so I’m reposting it. PLEASE READ before thinking of moving in here! I’m so thankful that there’s other properties being built in downtown Pensacola because SouthTowne is not the place to be. I’m so glad I moved out before it got crazy. - First, Collin is not the property manager it's Mica, Collin hasn’t been since February. The people that’s replying on these other people reviews keeps mentioning him. You can definitely tell that this company is a mess and they don’t even communicate. -Second, when I signed my lease last year there was no “Allocated trash, Community Electricity and so forth”. They just kept adding charges which started around March. -The new property manager barely comes out to assist. I understand they’re short staffed but she stays in the office and does not help. - Third, Ever since the new property manager took over it has been a mess. From painting chaos, bicycle thieves, dog poop not being picked up, mutiple charges being added, elevator breaking down, GARAGE gate being down and random cars parking without RFID or ticket, Maintenance being slow. I understand they’re short staffed but I even understand now on why their employees left. I would not recommend this place. I’m glad I moved out. Please go seek somewhere else to live and not this place. Read their reviews. I know people that still lives there that won’t be renewing their lease"

"10/23/23 I’ve deleted my earlier‘favorable’ review from 6/2023. Unfortunately, within the timeframe that I renewed for another year, Southtown apartments has changed the management at the property and fired all the staff…it has gone downhill 100%. I’m so bummed I’m stuck here till next September!! Don’t rent here!! This place USED to be such a desirable property. There were long wait lists just the get in. Not the case anymore, there are several empty apartments!! The new manager, Mica Moses and staff are terrible. There have been so many issues and they do nothing to fix them. The package room is a cluster. They are now requiring UPS, USPS & Amazon to numerically organize packages on open shelves with no labels, which drivers don’t have time to do, so the residents get to go through the mess to find our packages like the pictures I’m including. Last week my packages ended up at the post office because the mail carrier isn’t going to do what Southtown is asking. So I had to drive to the post office and pick up my packages. This week Amazon delivered a package and it’s no where to be found. The front office said “It’s not our problem.”The parking situation is out of control, the gates have been broken for months so every event downtown results in a over crowded parking garage with no where for residents to park. We even had a homeless guy living in the garage for a while. A couple weeks ago one of the pool gates was broken, hanging from the hinge. Someone else mentioned the painting fiasco, that lasted for months! I continuously lose Internet connection which is a problem because I work from home. I’ve lost power twice this month. I guarantee Southtown isn’t going to claim responsibility for any of these issues, what I do know is that I’ve lived here for a year under different management and had zero issues. Absolutely loved living here, I hate it now!!! Don’t rent here, you will regret it."
