"This apartment complex has gone downhill . The office lady doesn’t answer the phone. She doesn’t get up and walk around to see what needs to be fixed! The maintenance guy is so lazy don’t care about nobody but himself! He doesn’t comeback to fix on things that he started on. Most apartments have mold , spiders , etc . The pool is also dirty , we haven’t had a pool since 3/4 years. If you need somewhere to stay , I wouldn’t recommend Silurian Ponds . This is awful to the community and residents!"

"Nice place. Nice manager. I just put in an application in hopes to getting in soon. Great visit to the property. My mom stayed here 4 years ago and it has changed so much for the better. And its so QUIET out there now. I love it❤️"
"That place needs Ms. Tomeka back the grounds look a mess, no fitness room, no pool, no business center available to residents in years. And the last comment by Paris Bryant giving 5 stars is s not even a resident its the office manager kid name. SMH. Just submitting fake reviews bc she knows her or maintenance don't do there jobs."
"That place has really gone downhill! The pool is filled with dirty dark colored water, the business center been closed over 2 years as well as the fitness center. The office manager never answers the phone nor be in the office during business hours. The maintenance man just parks his golfcart in the shade and just be in his apartment keeping cool. While several units have AC units in the windows. Dogs use the bathroom everywhere. Its just a mess. I told my daughter it looks like the projects out there now. I would not recommend that place to noone! I can't wait til my daughter finds a better place for her and her kids. Where they have access to everything that they are paying rent for. The pool only getting cleaned because of an upcoming inspection."
