"Would give this place a zero if I could. I was really looking forward to booking here. However, Jeanette at the office was just plain RUDE, refusing to give me information. If you are unwilling to provide the service for which you were hired, then you are in the wrong line of work! Stay away!"
"We stayed in A24 on the second floor and really liked it. It has been renovated recently so everything was updated. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and we weren't lacking for anything as far as necessities (TP, towels, bedding, glasses, plates, silverware, etc). Garbage bags and dish soap were a little sparse but not a big deal. The grounds were gorgeous and the view from our condo was beautiful! It was a quick three minute walk from our door to the beach which was very convenient. The pool was open but we didn't use it as it wasn't heated and the water was chilly. The whole property is older and has a weathered look to it which I liked. It didn't feel "stuffy" at all. The only drawback was that there isn't much soundproofing between floors. You could hear every step of anyone directly above you. It didn't bother us too badly as we weren't in the room that much. It's really the only drawback. A simple remedy would be to stay on the third floor (keep in mind there's no elevator) but I imagine there's not much insulation in the walls either. Luckily, we didn't have anyone next to us. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again!"
"Everything was ok , but the noise from the unit above was awful. Every time they moved a chaired, walked, opened or closed the sliding glass door or dropped a coin on the ground you could hear in our condo. Great location and condo pretty nice."

"This is our third trip to Perdido Key and our third trip to Needle Rush Point. There is just nothing negative that can be said about our experience at Needle Rush Point or Perdido Key. You have a beach, 2 swimming pools, cookout area, boat dock, fishing dock, observation deck, tennis courts, pickle ball court, boat storage, convenient parking, beautiful scenery and easy access to local businesses. The Flora-bama is within walking distance and some of the units allow pets. What more can you ask for? Staff is outstanding and will do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. The units are clean and well kept. An absolutely excellent value."
