"Literally do not give them your money. Again DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They will not return your call hell they won’t even answer the phone. Oh and don’t bother trying to show up at the leasing office because they’ll either be “training” (which is bull you gotta train someone to answer a phone call or hand out paper work???) or they will be closed… money down the drain :edit then they reply saying contact the leasing office and my review is literally about not getting in contact with them…. This is an update months after I wrote this review the finally sent my money back and there stupid little contact the leasing office makes me mad because my whole review is pretty much saying I can’t contact them"

"I love this location and yes the apartments could use work but it's never going to be perfect because nothing is going to be perfect but I love living here it is a quiet community. We all appreciate the hard work you guys are putting into this place. This place is affordable and a very good location if you go to uwf because you are close by and you are pretty much in the middle of the Pensacola area because it's 10 minutes to the mall and 15 to Pace and you have target and publix 5 minutes away. The West Florida Hospital is 2 minutes down the road as well."

"Maintenance hangs out in the empty apartment all day, nothing ever gets done. Nobody in the office as usual. Trash overflowing because they don’t pay their bills, apartments sitting empty for months and months while people are waiting to move in."

"I have been here about 2 yrs. This used to be a nice place. I have been trying to have my bathtub fixed for 8 months!!! There is a large tear in the tub and I have been getting the runaround forever!! There is no bracing underneath because of the standing water. I was lied to on several occasions. They need me out for 2 days to fix. Then, they can't do that because it needs something else. There are bouncy places in the entire apartment where the floors are sagging. Walls have ripples where the leaks have caused it to come apart. There are places where there are breaks where the walls are obviously sagging. All of this has been documented and nothing has been done. I was told I could have another apartment but that is an additional cost!! Why am I paying for your substandard apartment!!! I am currently in the process of moving!! This is not the place to be!!"
