"NO PRIVACY AT ALL maintenance & the two ladies in the office come in whenever they choose to become they all have keys. They charge everyone differently, You can’t even have friends or family out at the pool area I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. They have so many new apartments because everyone constantly leaves"
"Jessica and Shelly are wonderful and nice at the office. I was unhappy at my previous apartment and went to the Kings Mill office to inquire about more information. They had an apartment available fairly quickly so I filled out an application. The move in process was so easy. Apartment complex is overall really nice and I like the landscaping and upkeep on the exterior buildings. It makes this place feel like its own little community. My neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves too. The best bonus is the pool and hot tub."
"I had really high hopes as for this place, but I've lived here under 12 months and I've had 3 ceiling water leaks. One in which the ceiling collapsed and they had a plywood board screwed into the ceiling above my stove for 6 werks before they fixed it. The security gate has been broken since October of 2021, the spa has been broken since last year but never drained so its full of algae. The management company has also changed hands 3 times. At $1500 a month for a 1 bedroom I do not recommend."
"I really loved this place when I lived here 2017-2020. I felt like I was immediately taken care of by the staff when I had a request and came to know a lot of the tenants as well. It’s a safe community and was well maintained when I was there. Chris, Danielle and Chrissy were fantastic (I don’t know if they are there anymore.) When they started to change hands my rent increased by a lot but it was time for me to move on anyways! My friend lived here from 2021-2022 and his place was I believe in building 17, we do have picture proof of mold pooling behind his walls and he was in an older unit. This building is usually affected during heavy rain related weather. I was in a building near the pool and never experienced this. I also had pets and this was a great pet friendly property."
