"Been asking for months for heat every other maintenance guy was giving me the runaround. I ran into Anthony less than five minutes. This guy had my heater up and pumping Anthony is the real MVP."
"The apartment complex is awful. However, the 5 star rating is for the maintenance guy, Anthony. I had notified management several times over a period of several weeks that my heat was not working. Despite, the temperatures being cold outside they never fixed it. I was told at one point they had to order parts and I would be provided a space heater, but it never happened. Needless to say, Anthony came along fixed my heat in one day. He went and found the parts that was need. Anthony exemplifies the type of worker needed especially when you have a problem. Thank you Anthony"
"I had an wonderful experience meeting the new property manager. She was very professional. Around here you can't find many that will listen and understand your needs. She really takes her job seriously. What an amazing young lady and I can't wait to be a tenant"
"I've lived there for over 10 years with my two sons. Things were okay up until maybe a little under a year ago. Now we are infested with rats and the management and maintenance are doing nothing about it I have seen them in my bathroom. I hear them in the walls. I'm disabled and an amputee and cannot get up and get out of the apartment quickly if I see them. I have told maintenance and management and nothing has been done. I'm afraid to go back into my apartment but I have no choice"
