"I've been living here for about 4 months now. All of the staff are so friendly. I'm a first time renter and I couldn't have wished for a better place to rent at. The community is very quiet and safe, and despite being one of the cheaper places to rent at, there are no shortages of amenities and the apartments are beautiful. I love the fact that the balconies are screened in, something I haven't found with any of the other nearby places!"

"I really like this apartment complex. I love the management, they are very attentive and put up with all my e-mailed questions. Maintenance gets to any issues you have quickly and always leave a worksheet of the work they did to solve the issue. The pool is amazing, I love that it is saltwater and my kids have a big area to play in the pool because of the walking shallow side. I only had an issue one time with neighbors above me, but management and the onsite officer took care of it quickly and I didn't have any further issues (plus they moved out). My kids love it, luckily we are near the playground so we can walk to that and I love all the fun events and food trucks they host! 10/10 would recommend."

Pest Control is kept up with and maintenance is always on hand if you ever have any issues. We love living here and have made so many friends with our neighbors. 100% recommend living here."

"When I moved here six years ago, I needed help figuring out where to begin my housing search. My search led me here, and I have been happy to call The Crossings at Milestone home ever since. The apartments are in a great neighborhood on Nine Mile Road. It has been an incredible 'living' experience. The staff intentionally cares for their residents and ensures concerns are addressed immediately. The grounds are kept well-manicured, and the pool area is welcoming. The fitness center is open 24/7. They have the best treats daily, even healthy ones in the clubhouse. I walk over to the office often to have a cup of coffee. I love the family feel here. The clubhouse is so beautiful! The office staff looks for every opportunity to celebrate with themed events, pool parties, food truck experiences, etc. They will also celebrate you! They left me a package of goodies and a card on my birthday. This is a great place to live! Come and see for yourself!"
