"I’ve lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it! We are in a 2b/2b and it’s so spacious. Pool area is beautiful, balcony is nice, and love how the apartment complex is gated. Tracey the manager is nothing short of amazing! Ashley in the office is always so helpful and kind. I’ve had issues with the washer and dryer on a weekend day and although they only work on emergencies on weekends, the office had a very kind maintenance man available swing by and fix it in no time. The apartment complex is ALWAYS clean! Both a beautiful apartment complex and amazing management/staff is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend."

"My boyfriend & I would highly recommend living here! We lived in a 2 bed/2 bath. The entire office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The complex was a nice place to walk/run around & all of our neighbors were amazing at the time we lived here. The dog park was a good length for playing fetch with our energetic dog!"

"The property does not come off racist as you first sign your lease. They will seem very pleasant. Over time especially if you have guest.They do approach them in a very rude manner just to confirm who you are visiting. If you complain on the property manager Tracie. You will get a non renewal on your door just because. I have never had any incidents and have always paid my rent on time. Yet I received a non renewal. Based on the state of Florida they can do so with out explanation. If you are disabled and require additional guest for support. This property is not the place for you. They will make sure that you don't get it because of discrimination of the disabled. They do often do non renewals on the disabled. Property is peaceful but management is unpleasant. I also seen reviews that they will take your deposit. I have a little more time on my lease. If they take my deposit I will be leaving another review."

"I lived here for 3 years. I never missed a payment, never had a complaint against me, never did anything to cause them issue. There are several issues that start with the management and include the worsening condition of the actual apartments themselves. When we first moved in, we noticed the floor had pretty severe bowing in the carpeted areas and it even caused me to ask if this would be an issue moving forward. I was assured it would not cause any problems. There were clear signs of the management cutting corners and using cheap flimsy equipment that easily broke. About 2 years ago my wife had our first baby. I also have a disability, so it was at this time I requested to move from 3rd floor. They told me that I would be placed on a waiting list and could move as soon as a unit opened. I never heard another word about this. Fast forward to today, we have been moved out for about a month. We received our damages invoice and they are now attempting to charge us nearly $2000 for broken tiles, when every single maintenence guy who came to our apartment explained to us in exactly the same fashion that the cracked tiles were caused by the uneven floor, as was clearly evidenced in the carpeted areas of the apartment. This is an absolute disgrace that a management company who so clearly tried to force us out the past couple of years is now charging us for an issue that has been documented to not have been caused by us. To send ridiculous charges to tenants who never caused you issues over the course of 3 years, and were never even late on a single payment is embarrassing and I would absolutely not recommend anyone choose this as a place to live."
