"Our first stay at Topsider. The location is amazing. The beach is beautiful, dock and very clear water gulfside. Very nice keys type landscaping, charcoal grills and picnic tables in many areas. Kayaks and bikes available for usage. Laundry washer and dryer below for personal usage. Also, pool towels, kitchen/bath towels, bed linens, dishwashing/laundry soap provided. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner. The interior of the unit is basic, needing updates, but it works. Bathrooms are small. You will definitely hear people speaking, everything going on throughout the entire unit as there is no soundproofing so no privacy. Bring bug spray because the noseeums come out at dust. We're not the type that are pretentious so the inside is sufficient and suited our needs. The entire exterior of the units are really beautiful with lots of amenities so we highly recommend Topsider."

"Love it here! The rooms are very spacious for families. The beach is also very nice and calm and there’s lot of dock space for boat parking. For larger boats, you have to launch in outside ramps but small boats can use the concrete pad there. Highly recommended to bring mosquito spray, sunscreen, and a good time. Location is also convenient to restaurants and bars."

"The place needs work. The landscaping is terrible. Several dead big branches on tree's. The condominiums had very poor remodeling work done. Floors are separating. Paint doesn't match. Furniture is falling apart. Outside LED lights are not functioning on several units. This is definitely a safety issue at night. Decking has screws sticking up all over. A big place like this. They should have enough staff on sight. Especially landscaping for taking care of the grounds. But absolutely nothing was done while we stayed. I had heard in the past. That this place used to be beautiful. But not anymore. Plants, trees ,and bushes. Are still sitting in the shipping pots. The location is great. And we had a relaxing stay. The place just needs work. And definitely more maintenance staff. On sight."

"What a great vacation place! My cousin has invited down to stay with her and the family a few time in their time share and I just love it! The families that stay there have become friends with them and it just lovely! And the places are very well kept, has bbq grills, swimming pool, private and boat dock. We watched the sunset every night."

"We loved our tree house on the beach!! We were right on the beach with a huge dock to watch sunsets and fish! Loved the pool and everyone was so friendly! Close to lots of great restaurants, boating excursions, and there are free kayaks and bikes to use right on the property!"
